• User media is not stored as part of a library, catalogue, or project system.
• ClearCue™ does not analyse, index, or repurpose user content.

Media Handling

• Any media provided for timing reference is processed only to generate the requested output.
• ClearCue™ does not retain user media after generation.
• Generated timing files are delivered directly to the user.

Storage

• ClearCue™ does not function as a hosting, sharing, or collaboration platform.
• We do not maintain user media libraries or long‑term content storage.
• Account data is limited to operational and billing requirements.

Accounts & Billing

• We collect only the information required to operate user accounts and subscriptions.
• We do not sell user data.
• We do not use customer data for training, profiling, or advertising.

Automation & AI

• ClearCue™ does not use generative AI.
• All outputs are deterministic timing references based on explicit user input.
• ClearCue™ does not make creative decisions on behalf of the user.
