ClearCue™ Support
Practical help, when something blocks your workflow.
ClearCue™ is a timing reference generator designed to minimise data exposure.
ClearCue™ is a lightweight timing system. Most users never need support.
If something isn't behaving as expected, we're here to resolve it quickly.
What Support Is For
Contact support if you're experiencing:
- • Reproducible technical issues
- • Import or playback problems
- • Account, access, or download issues
- • Unexpected behaviour that interrupts your workflow
If you're looking for usage explanations, file types, or editor-specific guidance, visit the Knowledge Base.
Before You Email
Please include:
- • Your NLE (Resolve / Premiere / Final Cut Pro)
- • ClearCue™ mode or grid used
- • BPM / frame rate
- • What you expected vs. what happened
- • A screenshot or short screen capture if possible
This helps us resolve issues quickly and accurately.
Contact Support
We review all support requests daily.
Most issues are answered within 24 hours, often sooner.
Urgent Issues
If something is blocking active work, mark your subject line:
URGENT — [short description]
We'll prioritise it.
Feature Requests
If you have an idea or request a specific behaviour:
Subject: Feature Request
We read every request. We prioritise changes that improve timing clarity and workflow integrity.
What Support Is Not
- • Creative direction or pacing advice
- • Workflow design or editorial consultation
These are offered separately to subscribers via live sessions.
Known Behaviour (By Design)
- • ClearCue™ uses ultra-light media clips containing timing only
- • DaVinci Resolve displays full timing markers natively
- • Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro use visual/audio pulse reference (no imported timeline markers)
- • Timing accuracy is identical across editors; only visualisation differs
This does not limit pacing or structural control.
Built to Stay Quiet
ClearCue™ is designed to stay out of your way.
Support exists to keep it that way.
Built independently. No AI tricks. No bloat. Just clarity.
